The staff is outstanding. Everybody is nice and you feel a wish to « go the extra mile ». You want something they don’t have, the find a way. Absolutely no waiting time with the buggies as the staff are so numerous.
We had such a lovely time. The resort is indeed kid friendly however the « adult zones » create a bit of a weird feeling and there are not a lot of animation like some resort. You don’t go there for the animation, you go there for the extreme serenity provided by the beauty of the place.
Tips: ask for a buggy tour around the hotel. You should see everything, views are outstanding!

Most beautiful spot in Santorini! The pool and bar great! The views unmatchable. In front of an old venetian fortress and a beautiful church from where the whole volcano structure can really be appreciated. Central location with easy access to good bars and restaurants. Would definitely go back!

"場所は大きい通りにみんしていて交通量が多いと車の出し入れが大変でした。ロケーションは最高です。各部屋プライベートなベランダスペースがあって、のんびり出来ました。朝食もレストランの夕食もとても美味しかったです。フィラまで無料のバスが1日5本くらい出ていました。バス停は結構遠いですが、歩けない距離ではないです。私たちはここの滞在に大変満足しています。また滞在したいと思いました。"
