I’ve stayed here > 10 times, but this time we had a really bad experience when a member of staff made an incredibly mean, insulting and inappropriate comment about my body and literally nothing was done about it. Ruined my holiday completely. Also WiFi doesn’t work which is weird for a 5 star hotel. (Again, it hasn’t worked in years but because of how much we used to love it I didn’t mind).

Clean, spacious and friendly

Very clean and spacious rooms. The decor could do with an update but this is a lovely hotel with very friendly, helpful and professional staff, and the breakfast is outstanding. Great location, right next to the beach area.

Lovely location. Air conditioning was pretty non existent. The front desk tried resetting it but not didn't seem to do much. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. One further issue - the Expedia entry suggests use of a gym nearby, this actually refers to an outdoor gym/set of equipment ...
