Great location, however there is nothing special about this property. The front desk staff was unfriendly. It felt like he was done with the tourist season. The room was clean, however incredibly small and cramped for our family of 4. We booked this last minute and had I done better research, I would have skipped this property all together

Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.
