The staff was so friendly! When we checked in they gave my son a coloring book and colored pencils. It was such a thoughtful touch to go above and beyond!

They renew the hotel, but must of all the furniture is the old one.
The location it’s great.
There no coffee machine in the rooms, you have to ask for it and it’s and additional charge, we have the bad luck that they had to change the coffee maker 3 times.
The concierge wasn’t very helpful.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (2,193 reviews)
This is a beautiful hotel which has maintained it's old-world charm. The staff were all so preofessional but also genuinely warm and friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the beds and linens very comfortable and the bathrooms updated but blended well with the decor.
The rooftop bar/restaurant has wonderful views and again very clean with excellent coffee and food.
The hotel is centrally located in Manhattan which makes anything you have planeed easy to access.

"Overall great stay and beautiful property. Most of the staff were really kind and welcoming, especially the doormen and the front desk gentleman that checked us in late at night.
