The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Very good place. Lovely and quiet.

Great central location & spacious. Upgraded to 2 bed 2 bath on arrival for extra $ but only one shower at a time as the other would be cold. Heater didn't work & was quite noisy.

I had 2 double rooms side by side on level 4 one room was perfect clean and well maintained Other had issues with shower screen that would fall off the top and had a mould around the base Rooms were generally quiet was woken by yahoos in the adjacent laneway as it echoed upwards however no tram noise Large fridge microwave and dishwasher with good utensils Would stay here again close to Southern Cross station and tram stop

The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and professional. And such a welcome touch to have happy hour plus free parking. The only thing was that the 'intimate' gym was very tiny - but ok for stretching I suppose. Would absolutely recommend this hotel

Classic 5-star hotel as expected. Have stayed here on numerous occasions and never drops standards. Beware the parking fees at DFO (not managed by the hotel but can use a discount voucher from the hotel desk. The parking system tried to charge double. Had to use the help button and speak to someone before the correct charge was applied). This parking issue is not a negative reflection on the hotel though, just a heads-up for guests. Great hotel restaurant.

Was very spacious adjoining unit for our family.

Sadly turned up to a very cold room took a while to warm up, the restaurant, room service and bar was all closed with being winter (something we don’t experience in the uk) none of which was highlighted on the website. The staff was amazing put us into a better room complimentary bottle of wine so it was what it was but having known we wouldn’t have booked

Very happy with our baboon experience here, All the staff are friendly and the food was amazing!

not the most upmarket hotel but good value and perfectly located for Marvel Stadium, Entertainment, The Trams, Spencer Street Station and the airport bus.

The timer was not working in the Sauna, everything else was perfect x
