The staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the air conditioning unit and the ability to open the windows at night to get fresh air. The bathroom was spotless!

This was a perfect location for our Seattle adventures. Next to the train and monorail station and walkable to Pike Place. Quite clean and the staff were vey friendly.

I guess it’s just a sign of the times. When you call with a question an A.I. takes your call first. It’s programmed to keep you from taking time from a human until you insist on talking to a real person. The mini refrigerator is stocked with drinks and such that take up all the refrigerator space. If you move anything from the refrigerator, you will be charged. Disappointed that the Fairmont is using that system.

Great service, rooms were beautiful, and a great location! Highly recommend if you have a Seattle trip planned. Three blocks from Pike Market, close to many shops and restraunts, you'd be happy there.
