Great hotel from the minute I walked in. I was greeted by the front desk concierge Nobel. Nobel was very friendly and wanted to be sure my stay at the hotel and in the city of Seattle was an excellent experience. My room was large with a complete wall of windows that were practically floor to ceiling. That room was clean, the bed was soooo comfortable and the room was completely silent. I was not aware of the heat turning on and off during the night. I could not hear people out in the hallway or outside noise through the windows. The best part was the large bathroom with the soaker tub and separate shower. I have stayed at a lot of nice hotels all over the world. This bathroom beat all of the other hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is right in heart of the city with so many wonderful restaurants right outside the doors of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Room is clean, staff is excellent, location is perfect

The rooms were cozy and clean, and the hotel felt very family- and kid-friendly. The kids especially loved the pool, which was a highlight for us. I also appreciated that the hotel had both a sauna and a steam room—such a nice bonus for relaxing. Valet parking was available, which was really convenient. It is a bit pricey, but honestly, I think it’s worth it for the ease and service.

Easy check in, clean rooms. The only complaints I have is that it costs 66.00 to park in the parking lot (they only offer valet parking, there is no free parking) and the shower is one of those walk in showers with no splash guard, so water gets on the bathroom floor. Everything else was great. I like the 12pm check out time.

Nice room, great walkable location to walk to downtown and restaurants. The hotel has a good restaurant as well. Parking can be tricky during the day. There is valet for $65.
