Things that could be improved: coffee in room so you don't have to go downstairs to Starbucks and wait in a very long line (although it turns out the bar will sell coffee to go); the water pressure in the shower needs to be lowered -- it feels like needles; and the pool was closed for half a day for repairs but no notice that it was back open again.

Everything was great! Staff very attentive and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. We went to NYC for my daughter’s birthday and I casually mentioned it at the check in and they surprised us with balloons and a small chocolate platter in the room, that was very sweet of them :). Location is A+, I would definitely go back.

Amazing location. The staff was extremely friendly.

This hotel was better than expected. From the very kind and helpful staff, to the delicious food at all the venues (Tap Room, Terrace and Royce), this was the perfect place to come home to after touring LA. The grounds are gorgeous, spacious and beautifully kept. The rooms were spacious, with banquettes and views of the grounds. I will definitely be back.

We went to an LA Kings game right across the road. Was absolutely perfect! Everything you need for a good nights rest.

Huge room, comfortable beds, A/C and heat worked well. Loved having the kitchenette. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Hotel location is excellent. The room was fairly spartan and unattractive otherwise, with old lamps and furnishings, and it was a guess as to which outlets would work.
