We stayed at Gale Miami Hotel and Residences with a breakfast-inclusive reservation. Overall, the hotel itself was clean, and the valet parking team provided excellent service throughout our stay. Housekeeping also did a good job keeping the room clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience at Casa Gianna was disappointing. The breakfast options were very limited and almost identical every day. The waiting time for service was often long, even during normal breakfast hours. The biggest issue was the way breakfast-included guests were treated. We had already paid for breakfast as part of our reservation, but it often felt like the restaurant staff viewed us as if we were receiving a free meal. The attitude was not welcoming, and at times it felt as though they were doing us a favor instead of providing a service that had already been paid for. Ironically, guests who paid separately for breakfast appeared to receive more flexibility and better service than those with breakfast included in their booking. If I returned to this hotel, I would definitely book the room without breakfast and choose another place for breakfast instead. The hotel itself has many positive aspects, but the breakfast restaurant significantly lowered our overall experience.

Lovely quiet property off the main drag and close to the beach. Beautiful pool and surroundings with friendly and amenable staff. Ideal spot close to South Beach and easy reach of downtown.

The restaurant staff was amazing. The hotel was run-down, and the check-in staff not the greatest.

Everything was more than I expected. The room was clean, big, and in the perfect location in the building. When I go back to Miami I would only like to stay here. You will not be disappointed!

They took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.
