Glean recently refurbed room

The location of the hotel is very good. Lots of dining options, shopping and walkable. Unfortunately our room was a disappointment. We were on the 16th floor. The room and the bathroom had a musty smell. We notified the front desk who said the smell was from new carpets that just got put in.

Perfect location, clean & modern hotel. Studio room is great and the balcony added so much. Will recommend and return! No other features such as pool or gym - it’s about the location

It was overall good experience including all necessities.

Great rooms, staff super helpful

I booked for the people but when we got there they only had one bed for two people and when I queried this discrepancy they advised it happens a bit and they advertise as fitting three people because it’s a king size bed so could possibly fit three in the one bed. They couldn’t find a trundle or another room so we could change so one of us slept on the floor the three nights we were there. The other frustration was that each morning it took 15-20 minutes to get a lift that was free to be able to get downstairs and out of the building. It was unfortunate experience as we were keen to stay somewhere near CBD that had gym and pool.

The room design, the playful contemporary artwork, the friendly staff, the lobby bar, the records and the record player all cool without being pretentious, totally modern but welcoming and warm atmosphere

Great location and harbor view.Breakfast was excellent. Checking and checkout was easy and fast. Will stay again definitely.
