No complimentary water. You have to be an Elite Hyatt member or a bottle of water is $3. Breakfast, I believe ended at 9:30 am, which is way too early. The toilet was a little loose at the bottom, so it moved. Also, they didn't give me any info, on anything, just a key and a room number. No list of local restaurants (that deliver), etc. No coupons, of any sort... No local activities...

Exceptional service. We ordered in and the manager made sure we had glasses, cutlery, plates, napkins. The front desk was also exceptional. Highly recommend these guys!
