Staff were quite rude particularly lobby staff and room wasn’t very clean or modern however cleaners were very nice. Food was OK however staff don’t listen to specific requests for example if want food spicier. the actual property itself and the landscape is beautiful and very well maintained.

Lots of pools and this to do a paradise from home.

The place was great staff are friendly but I have an issue with my tv in my room for several days not working 3 days of 10 days the food was so bad meat no good Seafood was great

My recent stay was disappointing due to several key problems that management should address. The Wi-Fi was very weak and unreliable, and the facilities are old and need upgrading. Furthermore, the mosquito problem in and around the room was severe, leading to multiple bites. Most concerning was the unfair treatment at the bar, where Egyptian guests were denied access to hard drinks that were available to foreigners, despite all paying the same price. This discriminatory policy is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel until these significant issues are resolved.
