Everything was perfect.

Nice beach. Spacious room. Adults only pool was clean and spacious. Restaurants were good, tasty food and good service. Good nightlife at disco.

Room was great! Facilities were great! Staff was the biggest disappointment of my whole stay. Food was okay but no options for less sugars. Licor was not top brands Entertainment groups were poor not a lot of activities and the staff in some activities i even found them disrespectful.

everything was excellent!! specifically the amazing staff. they made our experience amazing and treated us like royalty. Specifically Victor from the lobby, he is amazing. We will definitely be coming back!

The rooms are fine, but what really stands out is the food and the people. The meals are absolutely delicious, and even if something isn’t to your taste, you’ll always find plenty of other great options. The staff are exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly.

Great respectful staff

Resort was very clean and the employees were very nice. Restaurants didn’t have unbelievably good food, but it was good. Chayanne R. at the roots restaurant was by far the highlight of our time there. Super cool guy and made us feel like we’re regulars. Didn’t like that the resort didn’t offer an all inclusive option, but that was very quickly eclipsed by the relaxation and escape you have. Would recommend and would go again.
