We rented the high floor king suite. The room and furniture is very big with wide open window to see nice view. However, the room didn't have the basic equipment and accessories like microwave, complimentary water bottle. The bathroom fittings are also backdated. Otherwise it

Clean and nice rooms, bathrooms are a bit dated with very mid shower heads and water pressure. Easy check in with the machines, but I didn’t know about the incidentals fees being so expensive so that was a bit of a shock. Overall tho a good spot

Helpful staff, friendly, clean

I was pleasantly surpised by the Encore. The views from my room were spectacular and my hotel room was wonderful. It is close to restaurants and other shops.

Staff was great at check in, beautiful room with a beautiful room. They have great hotels and a great pool. No need to go anywhere else

For the age of the facility, it was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sorry to hear that Carlos and Charlie's is being let go, they were very convenient and had quick options!

Great weekend for my wedding!

Firstly with the rooms: the view of the parking lot was disappointing. I also would have preferred the shower at the very least have a curtain and/or for the bathroom door to lock. The breaker in the bathroom also sucks since it shut off while I was in the shower (that's actually a safety hazard). Second the pool: all websites and info said it closes Oct 26. I arrived oct 15 and it was closed. It seems to be under some sort of construction but they should have given a notice or something about that. Third and most importantly the amount of water damage to the ceiling in the Casino floor was concerning and what's arguably worse was the actual clearly visible leaking ceiling that had industrial sized trash bins under it presumably because of how much water was actually leaking. Over all it just looks like the hotel is in desperate need of an update.
