I didn't like the complimentary breakfast.Because there was four people that stayed in the room in a double bed suite with 2 beds
But 2 ppl had to pay because they only give you 2 free breakfast a day.
Not nice to do actually . And no complimentary tea or coffee is a huge issue . That's one thing most hotels do and it is greatly appreciated instead of having to leave hotel.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Check in was a breeze and the clerk was super helpful and friendly. The room by far exceeding my expectations. I was on the 17th floor and the view was gorgeous, and it was considered the less expensive city view vs the more expensive view of the CN tower. The room was very clean and well maintained. I ordered uber eats and they didn't provide utensils so a quick call to concierge and she offered to have them delivered to the room or for me to walk down. I chose to head down myself and she was waiting for me at the elevator lobby with utensils in hand, quick and easy. Again, check out was simple and I was pleasantly surprised by the positive attitude of the every staff member I encountered.

We had a great stay here, the room was absolutely beautiful, and very comfortable. The staff were incredible and very helpful they also made sure to update us to any changes well in advance during our stay. The one downfall was that unfortunately the pool and hot tub were under remodeling during our stay. We were notified about 2 weeks before we arrived, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
