Major issue with the elevators. 40 minute wait is unacceptable. If you only have two elevators out of four working you shouldn't fill all the rooms and you should have staff controlling them so they dont stop at every floor full. Takes way too much time. What would have been a great stay was way too stressful due to this issue.

What a wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. The location was also excellent as quite walkable through downtown with lots of sites to keep you entertained.

Unless you are going on the ship. I don’t recommended for a nice stay by the water

I recently stayed at the Wedgewood Hotel and was very disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, the staff was not welcoming or friendly, which set a negative tone right away. The room we were given on the 7th floor had a terrible odor, and unfortunately, my family became sick after the first night. When we requested a room change, the staff seemed very reluctant to accommodate us, though they eventually did move us for the second night. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected much higher standards in both hospitality and room quality. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I would not recommend staying here.
