Our stay started very well and by the time we left the room was filthy lack of really caring about the room. Maria was very nice. The rest of the staff were nice, but I would give it an average.

This amazing place is perfect until it's time to figure out how to use the key fobs. No instructions are provided to guests and I was forced to track down humans to have them explain how to lock the door to my room when I left. There are no helpful customer service phone numbers or directions. How was I to know to hold the key fob up to a tiny black square in the center of the panel and flip the lock latch twice? Otherwise the Skye at 6th was excellent in every other way.

Terrible communication from staff regarding where the parking garage is located. My husband and I ended up getting lost from the parking garage to the hotel, and nobody that worked in either building seemed to care that we were lugging our bags all over. Same situation when we left. Terrible area and the restaurant in the hotel is awful, disgusting actually.

The room and hotel was fabulous-big refrigerator, coffee percolator for hot tea and other beverages appreciated. Extremely comfortable bed, extra sheets, blankets and pillows in the room so convenient. I loved the private patio space to sit in the mornings outside. No weird smells. Would definitely stay again.
