We loved our stay at the Oriental Jade. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the property was beautiful. We made great use of the gym. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our meal on the rooftop with a great view. Also, I just loved the jasmine scent!

Great location to everything in old quarter region

Hotel is in a great location of old quarter. Room and food is good. All staff were amazing with stand outs being Chester, Brian, Don and Panda.

The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was well-kept, relaxing, and a perfect place to rest after busy days in Hanoi. I truly appreciated the hospitality and warm service throughout my stay. We had a great time on the cruise. Alice took great care of us. We felt quite pampered and well taken care of. Food was outstanding. The whole trip starting from pickup from our hotel to drop off was very well managed. Highly recommend.
