Hotel needs updating. Years ago hotel was e exceptional, hotel has excellent location but should provide discounted breakfast and free or greatly reduced parking. The hotel has lost the power to enforce parking privileges to customers. Touch ups needs around the edges all over the hotel. Furniture needs to be deep cleaned or removed.

Overall great service. Hotel had some age to it and the pillows were hard.

The rooms were extremely clean and the staff were extremely helpful. We could not have had a better time at the galleria although I have stayed here on numerous occasions and I’ve never had a bad experience.

Didn't like the fact that I was charged for a night that I didn't use...accidentally put wrong date at first, and it was non-refundable.

Very nice property and rooms were great. It was a good visit back to Houston and close to the Stadium to watch the Astros. Parking was the only thing that the information could have been more open getting the parking pass to leave and return from the property. Other than that snaffu our stay was great with no issues. Thanks for clean rooms and the warm cookies.
