Western Shore of Maryland Pet-friendly Vacations

I will NEVER stay at any other hotel while visiting Baltimore. The Westin gets a 10 out of 10 from both me and my hubby. Super clean from the front desk to the room. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have EVER had, we were in awe. There was an event going on the weekend we were there so parking kinda sucked, but, after that it was all good. The bed was so super comfy, it was hard getting out of bed. I am literally in love with the Westin. Thank you!

This hotel is clean, easy to get to and the front desk staff was great. Very nice ambiance. I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom that do not provide privacy. Vent didn’t work great. Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels. The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard. The younger attendants were slow to respond or had to be approached. The employees were generally friendly and were greeting hotel guests which was nice. Also the parking garage across the street was only $7 per day on weekends but valet was $45.

Property was not well maintained. Rooms have very strong and uncomfortable smells of perfumes. Services for guests were very limited. Air condition units were not properly cleaned and maintained. Staff were not very polite and professional. Some have serious language barriers. Lots of noise and smell of tobacco around the compound.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. My only true complaint is the absence of any breakfast offering as at the price of the rooms most other hotels offering the same amenities have at the very least a simple continental breakfast available. Regardless this is not a deal breaker as far as I am concerned.
