Northern Switzerland Pet-friendly Vacations

Got a great deal via Expedia for this hotel and it had an amazing view of the lake. I got breakfast as part of my booking and is the best combination because of the location it will be harder to get breakfast and enjoy it on site. The hotel also had free bike you can borrow with helmet. The hotel is less than 10 min away from the tram. Right across from the hotel you can enjoy water fountain to refill spring water and there is another one at the tram station. Breakfast options has a wide variety and really fresh. In the main lobby there is free Apple and they provide two bottles of water every day. Staff are very friendly in general and of course there is always the one off. Due to the heat wave I barely felt any AC but able to get two fan for my room. I had an amazing experience in this location and highly recommend.

Very far from Zurich, but close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel itself was nice, staff pleasant with limited English

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of the Old Town Zürich. It’s close to everything you need to see within walking distance. They have an excellent buffet breakfast that you can have out on the terrace or inside every day. We would recommend staying here.

The staff was extremely helpful and helped me to plan my day and to find a good restaurant for dinner! The breakfast was amazing! And the room was spacious

The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The 25hours Hotel in Zurich has a fun, bohemian vibe and plenty of character. Our room was comfortable, and the complimentary bike rental was a real highlight. Zurich is an exceptionally bike-friendly city, and exploring on two wheels turned out to be one of the best parts of our stay. There were, however, several drawbacks. The air conditioning in our room was ineffective, which made the room uncomfortable during the warmer weather, and the lack of a Smart TV was disappointing. The surrounding neighborhood also felt a little sketchy compared with other areas of Zurich and lacked appealing dining options. One evening, we were seated at a nearby restaurant only to be completely ignored for almost 20 minutes before deciding to leave. Overall, while the hotel’s quirky design and bike program are definite positives, the location and lack of some basic comforts detracted from the experience. We enjoyed our stay, but for our next visit to Zurich, we would likely explore other hotel options.
