Check in process was convoluted. Reception didn't answer the phone when I called multiple times. Cheap beds that weren't great to sleep in, including one bed that the springs in the base all broken and saggy. Nice clean and new apartment, close to coles and some restaurants, but overall just an average experience/stay.

The service of all the staff on all the locations we visited were great. Some just needed polishing on their Star Look (presentation), tho behaviour were well mannered at Broadbeach & Brisbane.
