Great location Room 1504 needs a little renovation Women at front desk with long ponytail sorry I’m bad with names went above and beyond any other frt desk person !! She is an amazing asset to your front desk check in service 👍👍😊

The staff at check-in was not friendly, didn’t smile. The guest room was clean and comfortable, however, there are no hooks in bathroom to hang one’s clothes. The light switches to the bathroom are outside in hallway - does not make sense. The ladies bathroom in the lobby were not kept clean (I visited the bathroom several times during our visit). I spoke to housekeeper once and she said it wasn’t going to be cleaned.

We did not eat here but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect

Property was clean and the stay was awesome. Host was responsive, and provided all information needed for the stay.

I split time between Pier 66 and Four Seasons on Ft Lauderdale beach. Both are excellent with superior staff and assistance. As for Pier 66 tremendous location on intracoastal and main highway expands over intracoastal using the best but busy 17th street causeway. Views of harbor, ocean and surrounding view of Harbor beach from an incredible 365 view in tower. (It circles by the hour) The location provides 5 star pool, restaurants, and marina that have so many options you never have to leave the location. Room was clean, well built with large TV, beautiful view and porch for evening. Most part quiet with all activity around area. So if you want top shelf 24/7 location reside at Pier 66 it’s all included.

Everything was four seasons quality as far as facilities and location and food but the service could use some work. Beach staff closed the beach at noon due to internal miscommunication and we missed out on a beach day where other hotels on the strip had beach service. The hotel staff don’t know which restaurants are open for lunch or not which created confusion for us and we ended up just going across the street to eat at a hotel. The room wasn’t cleaned one day, the expectation is to come to a cleaned room automatically without having to request service. Just minor service mishaps but would stay again.

Clean room, great service, nice beach view

The Penguin Hotel was super comfortable. The ocean view is very minimal, but still a very beautiful view nonetheless. The bed was SO comfy! There is a lot of street noise, but that’s to be expected. It’s in such a great location, everything is so walkable! The ac worked great and kept us very comfortable. The only thing I wish it had was black out curtains, other than that, the stay was amazing.

Great stay for a quick trip to South Beach. We were cruising the next day so we just stayed for one night. Close to nightlife. Clean room. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Worth the quick trip.

Nice Hotel near south beach outside space and public areas are beautiful, the room was ok could do with being modernised
