City of Caloundra Pet-friendly Vacations

We had several family and friends stay here for our wedding which was close by . Everyone loved the accommodation and staff.

Although the apartment was fine, unfortunately the same building is been used for social housing. It was very noisy at night due to parties and other disruption. We had to evacuate the building at 530AM when somebody under the influence set off fire extinguishers and fire alarms. The fire service and the police were called. Also be aware, the reception is only open between 9AM and 5PM. If arriving after 5PM, you must have been in contact with reception, emailed your identification document and paid a deposit before being given the access code. This should have been made more clear when the booking was made.

Staff were very lovely and accommodating

Hotel was great. Staff were very helpful

For a place right in the middle of everything, it’s amazingly peaceful. Free bikes to get around is awesome: meant we weren’t tied to Ubers or PT to get places.

Used wine glasses in our room upon arrival, soap dispensers at sink unusable unless you pull them out from under the cupboard, poor ventilation in the bathroom.

Very convenient to airport and to shops and restaurants. Room has excellent sound proofing and air con. Bed very comfortable and pillows. Great tv options. Would come again. Only let down by few faults from the cleaning staff. Hairs left in the bathroom. And very difficult to fill the kettle from the sink. Otherwise impeccable.

Lovely staff, but rooms on the ground floor pick up a lot of noise from reception and the restaurant including the reception phone ringing repeatedly between 2 and 3 in the morning.

Very clean ,comfortable room. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Onsite, secure, undercover parking. Easy walk to Suncorp Stadium.
