you can't call this a 5 * hotel
impossible to find ( taxi driver couldnt ) _ no clear signage outside hotel - 4 times couldn't find entrance
Poky lobby and reception with cubersome slow lift for luggage
VERY good helpful staff
Restaurant staff and food very good
All dark with muzac everywhere and pretentoious speeche in lifts
Bar poky
Upstairs terrace closed and desolate at 2200 - no indication of why
Outlook apalling - flyovers/concrete/dark/ dirty]
Impossible to get bearings
Pity
Would never stay here again...or recommend
