Booked a deluxe triple room but unfortunately the third bed was not what I would consider a single bed but a camping bed. Had to collapse the legs to make it fit for an adult. The handle that changes the water temperature in the shower was broken. Was desperate for a shower after 30+ hours of travel so had cold showers on the first day.

Aside from the shower door wouldn’t stay closed all the time the hotel was nice. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Nice quiet room. Enjoyed our stay.

Location amazing, staff friendly and hotel clean and tidy. Two things i thought were a bit harsh.
1. No TV!? Im sure it says on the booking form/website but no tv is a bit tight. Come on its 2026
2.paying £15 to store luggage when your a guest in the hotel seems a bit unfair, you cant tell me you dont have a spare room to pop your guests luggage in for a few hours.
