To start with the staff I dealt with were amazing and the breakfast was so good. However, when we arrived the pod was filled with 10 to 15 flies which we had to remove before we could sleep as they were all over the bed. The bed was rock hard. Despite following all the information on how to heat the shower, it never got warm. We booked a family sized pod and when we arrived it was tiny. The room had a kitchen and we had brought some food with us to cook as was arriving late. The amenities were, 1 knife and 1 fork. No plates or anything, what was the point in a microwave etc? The room was always either boiling or freezing never comfortable. Would not stay here again!

Very clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Very well positioned for the ICC and arena

Everything was perfect. Location, facilities, worker's services, room, natures arround the hotel, unable to find out any negative points. we had a very nice and memorable stay at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire..
