Overall the hotel was clean and had a quick check in, but the inconvenience came from parking/ameninities. No parking available unless we do valet...which was $80+. Or park way down the street with very confusing signage. Took me at least 15 20mins to find then we were directed poorly on where to go. I was able to eventually find it. $24, for me parking anout 3ish hours. For a hotel thats already charging me over $230+, that is ridiculous we dont have parking...and even free wifi was unavailable. Had to pay for that too if we needed it.

The representative at the desk Riya was so helpful and kind. She accommodated for some last minute travel/stay requests and was responsive throughout my stay. Because of her and the proximity to LAX, I would rate this hotel extremely high and was happy to have chosen this property for my first visit to Los Angeles. Thank you!
