We've booked in with Jesmond Executive Villas 3-4 times in the passed 2 years. We were moved to the Azzurro apartments for the first 3 times so I can't comment on the villas as we haven't actually used them. I prefer the Azzurro apartments because it suits our needs n I can access them easily when going to and from John Hunter Hospital plus the convenience to shopping centre and take away places. On 2 occasions I did have to request bedding for the sofa lounge.

Door is locked around 8:00pm so you have to be ready with your card
Hallway noise travels into the room
But although an older property it appears to be clean and decent value for the price

There was no pots or a pan to cook with and no microwave dishes, there was only 1 cereal bowl for 2 people for breakfast. No dishcloth for washing up.
