It has so much potential ..wonderful staff.. And resort is beautiful however not recommended if alternative 5 star hotels are available Very dated, Amalgamation of very small things..bathroom was dated, shower flooded, cockroach in bathroom, no tv reception ..poor dinner buffet however al carte was fine

The rooms are dated and could definitely benefit from being updated. They are clean and the bed and bedding was good, but old lamp shades and cigarette burns in the seating of the room is not ideal and easily fixed. The staff are great, very diligent, polite and professional. Over all for the money paid I really cannot complain and despite the negative points I would stay there again.

The pool was the best we’ve ever seen, it was big, easy to enter and exit and plenty of lounge chairs.

I really loved this place! Amazing staff! I would just say their restaurants are pricey, only downside..

Our room was fantastic - huge comfy bed, incredible view with great facilities.The service without exception was excellent. All staff were extremely attentive and very happy to help.

The room was amazing, staff was super attentive and lots of free things. Property is not showing its age at all. Food options are very good , the kitchen especially is amazing. The buffet at all Ritz Carlton are top notch

My stay was satisfactory, although it did not fully meet my expectations based on the pictures presented on Expedia. The showerhead did not function properly, which was disappointing. However, I would like to commend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit.
