Clean room and happy staff

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so kind and went above and beyond to make your stay special. The free breakfast was sooo good! The restaurant had amazing options for everything. Would visit again!

I enjoyed my stay here. It's a location tucked away from the bustle and very quiet. Within 10 minutes to Tulum Beach by car or motor bike. Breakfast is simple but filling. I'd stay here, again. It's a newer development area.

This place was paradise. Stayed for 4 nights in a beachside suite with my daughter. So peaceful and safe. Often left the door unlocked. Hammock on the balcony and easy barefoot walk to the beach cabanas. The staff were kind and helpful. Fabian took care of security and maintenance and checked us in when we arrived after hours. Alex was in the cafe and was cheerful and helpful each day. Griselda cleaned our room for us and was a delight to talk to. I can’t wait to return!

We recently stayed 9 nights at Majestic Mirage for our anniversary in an ocean-facing rooftop pool room, and overall we had a wonderful vacation. The room itself was fantastic—spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the mini fridge was stocked daily, which we really appreciated. One small thing we did miss was the aromatherapy in the room, which we had when we stayed at Majestic Elegance next door previously. It was such a nice touch there. Housekeeping was excellent. Our room was very clean every day, and Vicky (our room attendant) made sure we always had plenty of fresh towels and everything we needed. Her attention to detail was appreciated. The staff throughout the resort were truly the highlight of our stay. A special thank you to Fili, one of the bartenders, who was super personable, friendly, and kind. He always took the time to talk with us, make great drinks and made every visit to the bar fun. José Louis, another bartender, was also fantastic and provided great service. Our butler Ana was sweet and helpful, always checking in and making sure we were taken care of. At the Italian restaurant for breakfast and lunch, Gasper and the lovely hostess there ( forgot her name sorry) were incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to please. The food there was great and we looked forward to going back. We had a great 9-night stay, and the wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, and relaxing atmosphere made for a memorable vacation.

The staff are really nice and accommodating . Especially Theresa . She’s sweet and anticipates our needs. The place has no amenities but you have access to Ahau which is the sister hotel . But I like the atmosphere here in Ganesh - the location is perfect, if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of typical resort this is a good place for you . The beach is nice and the only downside is it’s on the strip of clubs that can be loud at night but they stop playing at 1 am. Somehow all of us slept well despite of the loud noise of club music. Foods amazing in all restaurants.

The view from our partial ocean view suite was amazing! The private pool was perfect temperature to cool down. The area is very walkable, or bikeable. We opted to walk some days but also rented a moped to zip around downtown. The staff was more than accommodating, anything and everything you could want they got for you. The beach chairs, and beds are both great options. There is beach service that I loved while relaxing in the sun you could order a pina colada right to your sun bed. I will definitely stay here again next time we visit. (also they leave you messages by your room for the morning, and night. and leave desserts in your room at nighttime :)
