Very clean, signs of wear and tear in bathroom, but otherwise very good.

Room was perfect for what we need, staff were really accommodating, we arrived 6 hours early and they allowed us access to room when they didnt need to, really helpful for our family

Friendly reception, amazing new apartment with spectacular views, stylish modern

The room had a strong odour. It was like walking into a wall of stence when you opened the front door. I think maybe an animal had pissed on the carpet and the cleaners had tried to remove the smell unsuccessfully. Other that that it was a lovely apartment.

Very clean and at a great price especially for a family of 4, highly recommend

Disappointed that only one lift was working - waited for ages every time you required the lift because it was so busy. I also expected a mini bar in our room with drinks and snacks - I am pretty sure that every other time we have stayed at the Pullman there has been a mini bar. Also, every other time we have stayed we were gifted with complementary drink or coffee vouchers, but not this time.

Large, clean & light filled room. Very quiet with the bustling city scape at your doorstop. Close to casino facilities and botanical gardens. East stroll across bridges to Southbank.

The room wasn't as clean and the phone wasn't connected so i had to physically go to reception for all my needs including having our toiletries refreshed. On the plus side, the staff were exceptional esp Kyan who was so very patient and helped me with my numerous queries. AndTanya who helped me with another bed at late notice.
