Great service all around. Issue with room was resolved quickly. Breakfast was great with variety, abundance, taste, presentation and personalized service (thanks Stevenson). Bar and dining on site. Parking available. Location is ideal to venture near or far.

My stayed at this hotel was beautiful the staff, First, when we arrived at the hotel, the room we were given smelled very musty and the pillows were a little stained. We called reception and they immediately changed our room. They even sent chocolates and prosecco to the room to apologize. I loved it — thanks to the management team for the attention and care.

First class hotel in downtown with excellent view from pool and restaurant area on high floor (really pleasant at night). Many dining options and not far from Panama Canal and old city.

Clean, friendly, great food, and so close to the airport after a long flight. Thank you.

The rooms were cleaned and the amenities and breakfast very good. The noise insulation not the greatest…you can hear people talking and walking in the halls and doors slamming….
