Rooms a a little tired. Service at Toro is sub par

The hotel is in the best location in the city. The staff is very friendly and rooms are immaculate. Terrace 16 restaurant and bar in the hotel has a great view. Overall experience was wonderful highly recommend and will definitely be back soon.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the Joule. The room was nice and spacious. It was located near many restaurants that were in walking distance. We had an issue with parking. We had to circle the hotel several times for valet parking. We were considering parking in one of the parking garages but we didn’t know which garage was for the hotel. Would we stay here again? Yes but we would park in one of the parking garages instead.

Pool was fun with a good view, good food and good drinks. Room was comfortable and clean

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I had a relaxing stay and really appreciated the quiet and pleasant environment. The bed was comfortable, the space felt cozy, and everything in the room was easy to use. The property also had a very nice atmosphere, making it a great place to rest after a day of travel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. The location and surroundings were also very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again in the future
