Robinson Crusoe Island Luxury Vacations

I had “don’t disturb” tag for 3 days but at Thursday I requested personally at the front desk to have my room cleaned up. Nobody comes for the next 3 days. I requested packages delivered and no one let me know the arrived. I still have one package lost. The service was better before but know it’s better to go to known hotel chains where the personnel is well prepared.

The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. They even provided us with a packed breakfast for an early excursion and a snack for an early ride to the airport. The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago.

The staff was very helpful, printed our visas, provided recommendations, good breakfast and near tourist sites.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Loved the wine in the evening.

Hotel is nice, room was clean, but bathroom had slow drains and some parts that needed fixing..started looking run down.

Breakfast and good is very good and nice option
