Staff at reception and restaurants very friendly and helpful but housekeeping can be a bit more helpful and less lazy. Pool could be cleaner gym a bit small but everything else is ok. Will come back

Great family room size with plenty of space to be comfortable. The staff were amazing — friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The only downside was that other guests were smoking in their rooms, and the smell came into our room daily, which was unpleasant. Overall a good stay, but better enforcement of the no-smoking policy would really improve the experience.
