One of the most expensive option I don’t feel it justify the price

This is a very special place, Highly recommended, one of the best hotel we have stayed at.

This hotel is in an excellent location and the view from our room was one of the best we have ever had. We could see all of Istanbul. However, the room was never clean, the minibar was disgusting when we arrived, with some dark sticky liquid all over the refrigerator and hair, I almost vomited when I had to clean it myself. The room was never really clean, it was always dusty and I always saw things on the floor for days, so it was not cleaned or vacuumed well. THe carpet, bed, couch, furniture was very old, the shower did not work, the shampoo was never stocked, the shower was a tub which is too old, definitely needs update and renovation. The breakfast was absolutely terrible (food was fine) but service was terrible, waiters and waitresses walking around, not helpful, gave attitude if we asked for a spoon to stir tea that we had to get ourselves after waiting forever because everything ran out because there were so many people. The hotel needs better trained workers and more workers if they want to fully book. I probably will not stay here again because of these issues.

Staff of breakfasdt was lovely

Beautiful hotel and staff were very attentive and kind. Exceptional service, breakfast was delicious and abundant. Location great, right by ferry on Bosphorous. Exactly what I would expect from 5 star resort. 5 stars.
