The hosts were amazing and friendly. Language was a bit of a barrier but the staff had good grasp of English to have engaging conversations. They were also very accomodating to our needs as well. The rooftop view of the Pyramids is one of the highlights. And the Pyramids are a walking distance too from the lodge if you are into that kind of thing. Otherwise you can get one of the horse drawn carriages Pharaoh style to get there. All in all, solid 5 stars

WiFi was not good. Staff were helpful.

From the very moment we arrived in the pouring rain, we felt completely welcomed; their warm and enthusiastic reception instantly made us forget the fatigue of travel. ​The hospitality here is outstanding. The staff is incredibly professional, always smiling, and remarkably helpful. What truly sets this hotel apart is their attention to detail, especially their beautifully organized tour itineraries that showcase the best sightseeing spots. ​A wonderful experience in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and top-tier service. This will definitely not be my last visit!

This is a truly 5 star hotel all around.. room, facilities, amenities, pool, lobby all so nice, comfortable, and clean. Everyone is so helpful, smiling, and kind from manager Yahya to security personnel, to everyone else inside the hotel or outside.. everytime we're in or out at the entrance, or at the street in the front of the hotel they are there to help and to greet us, my wife and myself. We didn't try the food because we're always out and about.. next time we will ..

Super clean place, very comfortable stay. Conveniently located close to the airport. Pero was amazing - picked us up at the airport even though we were almost 2 hours late, dropped us at the apartment, He was there right on time for our departure too, and even did a 1:30 AM airport run on our last day. Really helpful and reliable. Thank you! The kitchen had everything needed for a fast meal. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a huge help on the hot summer The pictures showed a pool and we assumed we could use it, to our surprise we were not allowed. Kind of a bummer for my kids. In general a very good place, perfect for a short trip

Although the amenities were great in the room, the staff didn’t clean the balcony y on a daily basis or the floors in the washrooms unless they were specifically asked to do so. Also during my 8 day stay I never enjoyed a warm shower let alone a hot shower, the water was always cold. The bar is totally over priced, I used a few drinks, some nuts and chips and was charged 175$ American which is gouging in my opinion. Otherwise the staff downstairs were all helpful and respectful.
