Seogwipo Luxury Vacations

Location was great, convenient for Olle Market. Rooms were spacious but tired as was the whole property. Breakfast was interesting, some nice dishes but only fizzy drinks or coffee. No napkins available. Basic, like the hotel.

Wonderful property sited in a lush and scenic hillside, with views all the way down to the south coast, that made for a peaceful and beauty-filled experience. Very generous breakfast with 6 different sets to choose from (could never finish it). The hotel guest card gets one discounts at many attractions and museums, not just the others operated by Pinx. This was a wonderful bonus to staying at the Podo. The only down side is that the fitness and other facilities are sited in the sister hotel (Annex hotel), a 3-min drive down the road.

This Jeju Island hotel is a gem from the moment we arrived - quick check-in, the scrumptious meals in the on-site restaurants, and over-the-top customer service at every turn. The Haevichi will be our top hotel for a return to Jeju.

We return for a 30-year wedding anniversary trip as we honeymooned here 30 years ago. It was a great nostalgic moment to return to place where we started our family. Amazing service in 2 weeks in Korea traveling the country, I would say Sheila is still our favorite Hotel and comfort and elegance. Only thing is I think they could do better with air circulation to deal with humidity. I noticed everywhere I went in Korea seems to be humid but I also believe that's the experience of all foreigners would travel in Korea where somewhat of a normal way of life but I do expect air conditioners to be crisp and without humidity. Other than that everyone has been amazing and the employees and the staff definitely are above and beyond and cream of the crop. Thank you for an amazing stay and service.

The room is super spacious. I loved the big windows in the room. It’s convenient. There are plenty of good restaurants around the hotel and close to the Maeli Ollie Market. The room is well equipped with a small kitchen space, dining area and storage space. It’d be even better with some maintenance.
