Clean room , good dining

No towels in the pool. No slippers or toothbrush if required. No coffee machine. All of these available in other comparably priced hotels. A security deposit against damage is unacceptable. Nobody else does it and even though the delay in returning, Is within a few days of checking out, it is still unacceptable. That aside the room we had was large but looking a little worn. I would not return.

The apartment was great. I wish I’d been there a little longer. I had some problems at check in but it got sorted in the end. The guy at the desk did his best.

Clean and tidy room, staff were friendly and the food at restaurant was very good.

Clean, convenient to beach and transportation. Breakfast buffet limited but good. Not much customer service interaction to rate.

Great central location

The accomodation was fantastic. Very clean and well appointed room. The only downside was the location. Unfortunately, the Woolooware Bay centre is a bit quiet. Lots of closed restaurants and shops. That said, if you have a car and don’t mind driving to restaurants, I would highly recommend.

This hotel was in a very good location. To use the free airport shuttle from the domestic airport call the hotel ahead. This hotel is located right across the street from the international airport. This is great to catch the train to get to anywhere. Very convenient. My room faced the airport. It was really neat to see the planes land and take off. Great place. Friendly staff too

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms are tiny and the furniture was wore with bare edges. It served our purposes.

Decent hotel. Not exactly a premium room, it was quite dated and not super clean, but did the job. We needed a washer / dryer. One thing to note, they had a gas stove, and it seemed possible that there may have been a small leak since we could smell it in the room but never turned it on. We reported this to the front desk. Staff was helpful and responsive.
