Room was very clean. We didn’t use air condition because of weather was nice. A little bit noisy when we opened a window. But in general it is very good place to stay. A lot of places are here where you can have a breakfast and diner. Good market is 3 minutes to walk Metro 4 and 6 are very close to hotel as well as RER B train.

Staff were very very accommodating and friendly. We were travelling with an infant and let us check in early to get our child settled in. The room itself was spacious, very big bed. Carpet had a few stains but the manager said they were in the process of renovating the rooms so shouldn’t be a problem in the future. Room had air conditioning and shower had good pressure. The bathroom had small shower screens which didn’t help prevent water from spilling onto the floor. Very good location, close to the metro station and local boulangerie and shops were excellent. Very quiet area, perfect for families! Would definitely come back.

Room was clean. View was great. Breakfast was pretty good. Only drawback is there isn’t enough water provided - which makes it pretty difficult in the heat. Location is very convenient and walkable to most sightseeing places. Also close to metro lines to get easy access to farther away places.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and resourceful. Great location. The restaurants are walking distance and are really amazing in the surrounding area.

The hotel is pretty clean the room was very tiny but the bed was super comfortable and clean. Bathroom had heated floors that was a plus. There were a few stains on the rug. I had no view outside my window. The elevator was extremely small and slow. Walking down the stairs to the lobby felt like the stairs were going to fall apart . Staff were very sweet and friendly. It was okay, I wouldn’t stay here again, however it did the job.

The room was more like a studio apartment, which was one of the few positives.It was clean with basic essentials. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor, especially regarding the €90 deposit. At check-in, I was told the deposit had to be paid by credit card only. This was not clearly stated in the booking policy. I only had debit cards, so I had no choice but to pay with it. I did not have breakfast because €12.50 per person was not worth the price.The selection was basic: cereals, croissants, boiled eggs and hot drinks.Similar items could be bought from Carrefour nearby for much less. The room was cleaned,but the towels were not changed, so I had to request fresh ones.The worst part was checkout. I was told I had to wait until the housekeeper arrived that afternoon to inspect the room before my €90 deposit could be returned.I had paid by debit card and had a flight to catch, so I asked them to check the room immediately.The manager refused, responded in French despite speaking English, and then walked away to have breakfast.What happened afterwards was even more uncomfortable.The manager and other staff members sat across the dining area chatting and laughing while looking over at us.Given the situation, this came across as extremely disrespectful and completely inappropriate behaviour towards paying guest. A hotel should make guests feel respected and valued, not treated as though they are automatically suspected of stealing or damaging property. I would not

Staff were very positive and helpful. I would stay here again. Hotel is gateway to Paris
