Beautiful facility, very expensive for what you get, felt nickeled and dimed for fees eg parking, late checkout, early checkout. Staff appeared inexperienced and lacking in basic customer service skills.

The breakfast was phenomenal!!! Everyone was friendly, everything was clean, and the hotel is in perfect proximity to literally anything and everything!! We loved our stay and will be back!

My only issue with the stay is that they wouldn't accept my Hilton Honors number. Apparently when you book with Expedia, you don't get the Hilton points. The airlines and car rental companies don't work that way and neither should the hotels.

My stay at The Plaza was absolutely unforgettable and worth every penny!!! If you have the Plaza on your top choices, choose the Plaza, you won’t regret it. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was stunning, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed each morning. I also loved the bathtub, and the fact that the water gets wonderfully hot was a huge plus because that is exactly how I like it after a long day in the city. The spacious closets were another luxury touch that made the stay feel even more elevated. The 24/7 room service was delicious and so convenient, which made relaxing at the hotel even better. The location truly cannot be beaten. Being directly across from Central Park and steps away from some of the best high-end shopping in NYC made the experience even more special. The Plaza is truly a gem of New York City, and I cannot wait to come back!!!

Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Great location for walking to shows and restaurant row on 7th.

Stayed here last year and it was exceptional. This time service just missed the mark. Tried calling front desk multiple times with little to no help. One time the call got disconnected and they didn’t even bother calling back. Front desk staff that checked us in was a little sassy and commentary not appreciated. Staff (from my experience last year) was kind courteous and very friendly. May explore other options next year.

Always the best stay

First time visiting Williamsburg and really enjoyed this hotel. Very clean with a cool hip vibe. Check in was great and accommodating.

Room was clean and properly stocked with everything we needed. Stafff was wonderful from the doormen to counter to bar , we had a great experience. The hotel is closed to the museums and also close to public transportation which was a big plus for us. We traveled with our dog and had a lot of fun walking her to the park which was only two blocks away. 100% recommended!!!! Great restaurants in the area too

It was a little off the beaten path which wasn’t too terrible. But there is a large construction site next door that was a little loud. Also the walls are kind of thin. They are in the middle of a renovation though so I had to give them grace. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, if a little small. Very close to a subway station too which was nice. Overall not too bad.
