staff are great the heat was making things difficult but they really helped me and my husband who has a disability

Clean room and great parking.

The staff were friendly and super helpful and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The shower was over a sunken bath which was rather awkward (suggest conversion to a standard shower base). Overall, would recommend as a place to stay.

Look, it’s an old house. We knew that when booking. Now the biggest gripe we had was the temperature of the room. Understand that there’s a heat wave in Europe at the moment but the 3 of us in one room with one fan made our stay unbearable. Even if there were more fans, you’re just blowing hot air everywhere. Europe doesn’t have much AC partially because historically it hasn’t been necessary for the short amount of heat waves annually. There may be regulations as well, I’m not certain but I am certain that the world/weather is rapidly changing. Heating up! I don’t see us reversing that trend soon because we rely so heavily on fossil fuels. Having said all that, a solution needs to be figured out because I would not return without one.

The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back

This is a great boutique hotel. Beds were comfy, room was well maintained. Staff was helpful and the restaurant was fantastic. Well situated to the paddington station. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Property was wonderful with a great staff

When you arrive at the Langham Hotel you are treated like a queen or King the hotel the porters that are waiting for you outside are wonderful the staff are second to none The food is delicious the breakfast is absolutely fantastic service is quick and the food is excellent The pool and changing rooms are spotless there is always fresh fruit and flavoured waters ice cold The rooms are gorgeous good size and the beds well you'll never have a better nights sleep the bathroom is spotless beautiful soft towels and when they do the turn down service everything you have used is replenished 10/10 we have stayed there about 15 times as the location is perfect So thank you all at the Langham Throughly enjoyed our stay Charmaine & Mark Stevens

Big enough room for 3 adults, close to Hyde park and 30 min train ride to center of London

We had an amazing stay and the staff was beyond kind and helpful!! Beautiful hotel!

Rooms clean, approachable staff Aircon failure in bedroom so compensation given in food and drink voucher. Only other down side was fridge not working very hot weekend so could not keep drinks cold n refeshed

Great experience all together; cooled rooms, clean, great breakfast and perfect location

The doorman (Milion) was excellent. He gave us a tour of the private upstairs, including Winston Churchill's private office/bar. The front desk was on again off again friendly. Mostly off. For the price I would recommend you find somewhere else.

Was not given the room and told I was being moved to another hotel 5 miles away - shocking service and will never be back
