I didn't like the fact that when I booked the trip, it didn't say that the room was 2 or 3 blocks from the original hotel that Iwas thinking I booked. We had to do the check in ourselves in the original hotel while others around us got it done by staff , we felt like we were discriminated . The staff didn't say to us where to have breakfast the next day , that of course it was on the original property and we had to go back the next morning. Nobody was on the second property to help you if you need something. The website showed one thing and the reality another completely different.
