Spa fantastic Staff helpful Mini bar refilled Only comments is air con didn’t work but they gave me another room in to sleep in at 2am when couldn’t tolerate heat anymore and they waved city fees. No milk with tea/coffee strange. Also a savoury nibble in room alongside drinks would be nice addition We found it disappointing the lobby bar closed at 10pm and LP bar at 11.30pm. I know lots of guests also felt same wanting a late night drink in the lobby. Sweet table in lobby nice however popcorn/pretsels or something savoury would be nice

Absolutely don’t stay at this hotel if you go to Geneva. I stayed there during the week of the heatwave and the AC was basically not working. I had to go to bed with wet hair and wet clothes to survive and a fan blowing air towards me. Absolute nightmare. I was able to sleep maybe an hour or two out of exhaustion. At check out, I complained to the lady at the reception, who followed up with a “sorry”. That’s it. $800+ for a “””5*””” hotel room and a “sorry” you couldn’t sleep because the AC is poor. I had to run to the airport so I left it there and then contacted the Orbitz customer support to pick up the case - while the customer support team at Orbitz was helpful, the hotel refused to issue any form of refund or compensation, which is what typically hotels do when the service they provide is not up to standards they advertise and you pay for. Absolutely disappointed. Avoid if you want to have a nice stay in a lovely city like Geneva. Other points: - the hotel is old and quirky inside, some people might like it, I personally didn’t. - the WiFi was not working from my bed. - I’ve been to two other hotels in Geneva during the same heatwave and never had an issue with AC like in this one. So be careful when you choose.

Great hotel but horrible service. For example, when wanted to do laundry i had to call and remind the 3 (!) times till someone came in 40 (!) minutes. When checking out, the line was about 45-60 min wait When you order something for breakfast they simply forget. All service is very poor. But nice pool, good location and nice fascilities
