Staff was nice, clean, quiet rooms.

Hotel was in a quiet location well placed for shops, restaurants and the nearby metro. Stayed in an executive room, very spacious with plenty of natural light. The staff were welcoming and attentive, slight issue on checkout but quickly resolved. The beauty of the hotel is its history. Once a perfume establishment, this has been carried over into hospitality. Each of the rooms have been appointed a scent associated with the company and our room smelt amazing. Would i visit this hotel again? Definitely.

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was stylish and comfortable, but we'd have preferred more drawer space. Our other grumble is the paper cups for hot drinks.

The hotel is located in the center of it all. Upon arrival, I was amazed by the luxury the property offers. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel features a Michelin-star restaurant, and the bar offers live music, which creates a great atmosphere in the evenings. The gym is very modern and includes a rooftop view of the city, making workouts especially enjoyable. Most of the main attractions are just a 15–20 minute walk away. I would recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes or sneakers for exploring during the day—but when you go out in the evening, it’s definitely a place to dress to impress.

The hotel is really beautiful, service is great, room is big, clean, has all the amenities. Food is super delicious and great variety for breakfast or dinner. Had little confusion for the extra charge for SPA, so be aware it cost extra, but in Expedia site its not really visible, so needs to be updated. But SPA is worth visiting, really great.
