Amazing resort with beautiful spas. Staff were great. Room was beautiful and totally spotless. There were a couple miscommunications though. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant for 8pm and got a call from the front desk around 745 telling us we had reservations at 730 and that they were fully booked from 8-9 and to come down asap, but there was only a couple other people in the restaurant when we got there, so not sure what that was about. We also booked the airport shuttle via email before arrival (as their directions state to do), but it seems like no one had any record of that. Luckily another couple was going to the airport at the exact same time, otherwise I think we might have been out of luck. I have all the email copies of these reservations, but something got lost in communication. Overall though it's a fantastic resort, beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful spas and great way to spend the night before a flight!

Very clean and really friendly staff, room perfect and beds super comfy! Would stay again.

The hotel is beautiful! Staff is very nice and great location. Breakfast was also good.

Wonderful week stay in the Island. No better location for lodging on Murano.

Was there a couple of weeks ago and wanted to share with you that the hotel was very nice, they have an excellent breakfast ! Rooms were very roomy staff was really nice and friendly.

incredible, no hotel compares to it. everything was perfect

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay there! The VIp lounge was so amazing and so convenient! It was nice to not have to worry about smalll things like finding juice water bottles or small snacks all the time. The snacks and breakfast was great! Staff was all very polite! The restaurant downstairs food was amazing! All in all stay here! It’s amazing and I am looking forward to coming back and staying here again! It is rigtb beside the train station so walking distance which takes you right to duamo. Taking a cab there is about 25 min and expensive. Still it’s gorgeous and I felt safe with a child !

Everything was great except for the TV service they have. Tv is old and don’t have smart tv options

The hotel was excellent, clean and very courteous staff. The breakfast was delicious.

Great staff, high-end hotel and rooms to match in a quiet stretch of neighborhood near city center.
