Great property for a quick overnight as it is right at the airport. Staff was very professional - helped advise us how to get into town. Room was clean and comfortable.

Loved the pool area, it was amazing! Downside was not always enough loungers. Rooms were spacious with lovely toiletries.

Nice modern hotel in a really great location along the main shopping street and close to major attractions. We had a sick child and the staff was super helpful when it came to finding new room options to extend our stay

This is a wonderful Mariott with large comfortable rooms, a fantastic waterside location, and all sorts of conveniences. The biggest one being the waterside bar. We wanted to relax every night at that outside bar as it was the highlight of a very nice hotel. But there's some negatives. They don't have enough staff - check in took twenty minutes and as far as I could tell this was constant - there was always a line. The concierge was there sporadically so it wasn't super easy to ask questions either. Also, partway through the trip the outside bar was closed for a private event. I paid full price for the hotel and I find it frustrating to miss out on the best thing the hotel offers. Finally, the elevator rush in the morning is real. Some people were waiting 10+ minutes to get a non-full elevator. This could be fixed by allowing a non-emergency exit stairway access but I didn't see that.

Overall good. Well maintained overall and very helpful staff. Very clean. Great location. There were many positives that support the high rating. But there are 2 area that we were not happy with. There is no air-conditioning. We were sitting in our room sweating. We were given a different room. Staff confirmed the entire hotel doesn't have air conditioning. Next the wifi was terrible. You know it's bad when 4G is far superior. Travelers expect good wifi

This property has some great rooms and some terrible rooms. If you’re on the end closer to the beach, it’s quiet and has nice views. If you’re on the end closer to the metro, you have a kids park and you can hear the train. Very mixed experience between the multiple nights I have stayed here
