Wonderful hotel and service! The location is fine but nothing can be done for the noise, cleanliness and transportation! The whole country is like this!

Jaz Pyramids is a wonderful hotel. We arrived late but because of our VIP status, we got a free transfer from the airport to the hotel and was very happy to see them waiting outside the airport, despite being delayed. The hotel staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming. We were taken to our room which was further away from reception but surrounded by beautiful gardens. The rooms were very quiet and spacious. Facilities were nice and shower was excellent. Bed was comfy! We ordered room service at 1am and it was delicious and fast! We enjoyed the pool in the morning but didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. Pool service was good. We only stayed for one night but left out bags there whilst we visited the GEM museum. They were very accommodating with our bags. Definitely would stay here again.

Outstanding property, supreme location, great restaurants, impeccably clean, and knowledgeable/helpful/friendly/highly-skilled staff. This place is managed by brilliant people. The rooms are comfortable and have beautiful views of the city and/or river. The hotel is within walking distance to the Egyptian Museum. River cruises are just a short walk away. If you have any concerns, the staff work to help you immediately. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want, including western and middle eastern fare. Their gym has everything needed to get a complete cardio and/or strength workout in. I highly recommend this hotel.

Efficient and courteous staff. Ideal location for my needs and quite close to the metro. Best swimming pool in a central Cairo Hotel Plenty of options for breakfast Room quite spacious and clean Carpets are a bit tired and retro. Renewal will add to the hotel atmosphere
