The hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi. It is not very strong or stable. Had a hard time connecting my computer to the Wi-Fi.

The location was exceptional and very convenient. However, the bed and mattress were not quite what we expected and didn’t match the description. We specifically chose two twin beds in each room, but they ended up being single beds instead.
On the positive side, the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, especially the concierge, John, who was wonderful and made our stay more pleasant. 😊
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we hope the room descriptions and bed arrangements can be more accurate in the future.

We enjoyed our staycation with my small pet almost every year on his birthday. We can now dine outdoors at their restaurants which are pet friendly.We stayed in the same room as last year. Overall it was a nice experience. The staff are very helpful and the room is well maintained and clean.
