room was lovely and clean, amenities are good, arcade needs a little bit of a revamp due to damage from patrons but still fun on rainy days. The lifts were half working during our stay due to them being swapped out due to age and parts availability which slowed down getting in and out of the hotel, but this can't be helped and will be better in the long run for future stays. The hotel is in a great location for everything and a short walk to the beach which you can see from the balcony.

Professional and attentive staff

Room was visibly dirty with brown spots in the tub and on light switch of the bathroom. Very tired and generally unclean. Hotel needs more yhan sn external update desperately. Worst Novotel I've ever stayed at.

The room is not in great condition, not look like a 5 star

Stayed with kids. Very convenient location, easy walk to Cavil, restaurants and woolies. Kids loved the pools and free wifi. Beds were comfortable and the room had everything we need

Overall the stay was very good in most aspects, the only concern i had was the condition of the room itself the bathroom was in need of a bit of a freshen up , the mirror needed replacing and there were several rust spots on the door frame, also some mould spots around the roof in the cupboard area near the room entrance

This place was ideal for our Two day stay. We parked the car and walked everywhere or caught public transport.

Great location close to river and city centre.

The ocean view was stunning, the rooms felt like home, welcoming and relaxing. The pool was great for cooling off and was never crowded. Highly recommend!

Professional and attentive staff

No body soap in both showers. Someone’s gum on dishwasher. Very packed elevators, especially at check in time. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.
